This 73-acre park, located less than five miles west of downtown Haddonfield, New Jersey, is a beautiful spot to spend the afternoon on a warm, breezy day. Fish or boat on the lake, or check out the events at the outdoor amphitheater. There are paths for walking and biking, as well as a softball field for pick-up games.

Just a 10-minute drive north of downtown Haddonfield, this 346-acre park has something for everybody. Featuring miles of trails for runners and bikers, the natural grassland and waterside foliage offer perfect habitat for beautiful wildlife. It’s not uncommon to see various kinds of birds feeding at the water’s edge. Paddle boat and kayak rentals are available for the water lovers, as well as softball fields and volleyball courts for pick-up games.

Pennypacker Park
At over 30 acres and 2 miles north of downtown, this park is great for beginner hikers and mountain biker. The trails don’t offer expert-level challenges, but there are enough roots and other obstacles for a beginner mountain biker to learn the basics. The park is where the world’s first nearly-complete dinosaur skeleton was found, in 1858.
